Susan Sarandon and TV thesp Jonathan Tucker are the latest recruits to Paul Haggis’ In The Valley Of Elah.
They’ll join Tommy Lee Jones and Charlize Theron in the mystery thriller, which follows a veteran soldier investigating his military son going AWOL after returning from Iraq. Tucker’s the son and Sarandon will play Jones’ wife.
Tucker was apparently picked after impressing the director while starring in his new TV show, The Black Donnellys. Haggis is cranking his cameras later this month in New Mexico and Morocco.
