Basic Instinct 2 star Sharon Stone has dropped a libel lawsuit against a plastic surgeon on the condition that he performs charitable operations on kids with facial deformities. Stone sued Renato Calabria in LA last year, saying that he had falsely told magazines he had given her a facelift. The 47-year-old actress said she "prides herself not only on her acting ability", but also on her "natural appearance". In that case, we wish she and Madonna could give Empire their secrets. Caviar and Kabbalah anyone?
