Long under construction, the Star Wars-focused Galaxy's Edge theme park attractions due to open at Disneyland in California and Disney's Hollywood Studio in Florida are getting a little extra flare from someone with a long association with the movies. John Williams is composing music for the new lands, and you can see and hear him working on it below.

As first reported by Entertainment Weekly, Williams' involvement offers a more direct connection to the movies' history, and will be a fun layer for the attractions. They'll highlight the world of Batuu, way off the usual beaten paths of the Wars galaxy, but featuring some familiar ties to the stories.

The Black Spire village is envisioned as a remote trading outpost. The featured attractions include the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run (see below), which allows guests to take control of the fabled ship on a customized secret mission; and a space battle called Rise of the Resistance, which takes place aboard a First Order starship fighting the Resistance (find that video here{ =nofollow}).

The new lands, encompassing 14 acres each, are scheduled to open in the summer at Disneyland and the autumn at the Hollywood Studios location. In addition to this, Williams will also write the music for JJ Abrams' Star Wars Episode IX, about which you can find Everything You Need To Know here.
