After finding success as executive producer of alien abduction miniseries Taken, Steven Spielberg is heading back to the US Sci Fi Channel.
This time, he’s behind Nine Lives, a drama that will explore what happens when a group of strangers discover how to contact their deceased loved ones in the afterlife. But the breakthrough comes with a price: while they’re able to talk once more with the people they lost, the near-death experiences unleash a terrible evil on the world.
Don’t hold your breath just yet, though: Nine Lives isn’t scheduled to air in the States until 2007, so goodness knows exactly when it will hit the UK.
