Jeff Bridges, Sharon Stone and Nick Nolte are reportedly on the verge of signing up for starring roles in a movie version of the Sam Shephard play Simpatico. Marking the feature directorial debut of British theater director Matthew Warchus, the film is about three ex-mates, who fall out when a horse-racing scam goes awry. Twenty years on, one of the friends seeks vengeance against another while reconciling with the third, the love of his life.
