Here's what we're guessing will be the last significant addition to the Fright Night remake cast: Sandra Vergara, sister of Modern Family's Sophie, is joining the cast.
She'll be joining Anton Yelchin as the kid who becomes convinced that his next-door neighbour - Colin Farrell - is a vampire. Imogen Poots plays Yelchin's girlfriend, Toni Collette his mother and Christopher Mintz-Plasse his best friend. However, Vergara will mostly be working with David Tennant's faux-vampire expert stage magician and playing his girlfriend. She'll be the Debbie McGee to his Paul Daniels, in other words.
Craig Gillespie is directing the whole thing, from a script by Buffy's Marti Noxon, and shooting starts in New Mexico this summer.
