Fret not dear reader, Empire has not suddenly become sponsored by Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer. It’s just that he’s yet again a man in demand, this time as part of an untitled action comedy package that DreamWorks has grabbed up with its sweaty acquisition paws.

The unnamed script, which is being penned by Mike Arnold and Chris Poole based on an idea by Fleischer is currently a strict secret, subject-wise, though The Hollywood Reporter has it that the eventual movie would be a buddy cop comedy.

Zombieland producer Gavin Polone and **Get Him To The Greek **director Nick Stoller are producing the pic, which has now been added to the ever-growing list of Films That Fleischer Might Make As Soon As He’s Ready To Commit To Something.
