Universal has bought the comedy pitch The Recruiter from Romany Malco.
The comedy thesp, last seen in The 40-Year-Old-Virgin, will star in the film, which follows a life in the day of a Marine recruiter. Virgin director Judd Apatow will produce and the script will be written by Rob Siegel.
