Robin Williams Is Man Of The Year

After the successful Good Morning, Vietnam and the not-so-successful Toys, Robin Williams and Barry Levinson are joining forces once more to make political comedy Man Of The Year.

The movie will star Williams as the host of a topical TV talkshow who decides to run for President as a publicity/comedy stunt. Which is all well and good, until things go horribly right and he actually – somehow – gets voted into the White House.

Production company Morgan Creek will be stumping up the readies, and location shooting is planned in Toronto, Maryland and, of course, Washington DC.
