Robert Redford and Jane Fonda famously found onscreen love as newlyweds in Barefoot In The Park. Now, as time has moved on, they've reunited – for the fourth time – for Our Souls At Night. Check out the teaser below.
The footage doesn't exactly give much away, since it features the pair in a car. But the film, directed by Ritesh Batra, finds writers Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber adapting Kent Haruf's book.
Fonda plays Addie Moore, a widow in small-town Colorado who finds later-in-life love with Louis Waters (played by Redford), her long-time neighbor and a widower himself. Though the pair has never looked at each other as romantic prospects before, things change. Clearly, because the movie would be a little dull if we just followed them in their separate lives. Unless one of them is a vampire?
Netflix is backing the drama, and it'll launch on the streaming service on 29 September.
