Rashida Jones has signed on to the ever-expanding cast of Fox’s comedy The Big Year, which will follow three men (Steve Martin, Owen Wilson and Jack Black) who become rivals during a year-long bird watching competition.
And Jones is not the only name jumping aboard – Anjelica Huston, Rosamund Pike, JoBeth Williams, Brian Dennehy, Dianne Wiest, Anthony Anderson, Tim Blake Nelson and **The Big Bang Theory’**s Jim Parsons have all locked in deals.
Working from an adaptation of Mark Obamscik’s book, David Frankel has grabbed his binoculars and began shooting on the film Monday, with a schedule that will take the production all over Canada.
