Apparently everything we know is about to change. That's really put all our plans out of whack and makes school a huge waste of time that could have been better spent building forts and scrumping for apples in the vicar's orchard (we grew up in a Thomas Hughes novel). There's not a lot of new footage in this new clip that wasn't in the trailer, but we're really warming to the idea of this film, after initially anticipating a a Narnia sequel with the same giddiness we reserve for self assessment deadlines.
After a cramped first film, Andrew Adamson appears to have embraced a broader canvas; the effects are, by and large, excellent; Ben Barnes looks like bringing a charisma that the sweet, but wholesome as tea and crumpets, kids lack; and it just seems to have more substance.
