Continuing the growing trend of Hollywood stars stepping into the spotlight in London's West End comes the news today that Friends star Matthew Perry will be making his theatre debut with Minnie Driver this summer. Perry and Driver will be starring together in David Mamet's comedy classic Sexual Perversity in Chicago (no, we hadn't heard of it either until a helpful reader reminded us it was the basis for the Rob Lowe film About Last Night) at the Comedy Theatre from the 3 May 2003. A quick trudge through the internet, courtesy of our chums over at whatsonstage.com reveals that the play is a 'one-act drama about a stormy couple whose relationship is threatened by a misogynist friend'.
