Wirter/director/producer/all-round job title thief Vincent Perez has signed up to play the titular fighter in John Eyres' sci-fi thriller The Last Warrior.
Set in a post-apocalyptic 2060, the ninth in a long line of films called The Last Warrior focuses on a rookie cop who is fighting to save the woman he loves from Perez's genetically engineered warrior, who in turn is set to be exterminated by the security chief of the all-powerful Genitek corporation. Phew.
Filming is due to start in Prague in January.
