After hitting it big at Sundance and Cannes with his Singapore-set thriller One Last Dance, director Max Makowski has been hired by Paramount to direct a new action drama.
Written by Dave Callaham, the untitled noir-flavoured film kicks off with the slaying of a mob boss. The murder prompts a group of his current and former bodyguards to unite and avenge his death. Though you’ve got to wonder exactly how effective they'll be, given that their boss pushing up daisies.
