Orange Is The New Black Season 4

The new last saw the residents of Litchfield prison, there had been a breakout (albeit a relatively peaceful one) and the cash-grabby people now running the place had decided to squeeze in more prisoners. Tensions are, as they are wont to do, rising there as Season Four dawns, and you can see more in the new trailer.

There will be both fallout from last season – including Piper's (Taylor Schilling) attempt to run a business and the various shifting allegiances within the prison – and new challenges. What else can we expect? Based on the evidence of this, a pained Tiffany (Taryn Manning), Red (Kate Mulgrew) bent on revenge, Joe's (Nick Sandow) frustration as his management job becomes that much worse, and a hefty dose of race and religious-based conflict. The new batch of prisoners stretches everyone's tempers to the limit...

We can expect the usual blend of drama and comedy, and the return of the likes of Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba) and Taste (Danielle Brooks). With executive producer Jenji Kohan still overseeing things and three additional seasons already ordered by Netflix, Season Four arrives on June 17.
