If you’ve put off watching the **Super 8 **trailer online so far because it was only available in dodgy You Tube quality, then the time to prepare your mouse and eyeballs is upon us: the teaser promo has finally launched online over at Apple.
Like JJ Abrams’ Cloverfield and the first Star Trek tease, this really does just aim to tantalise you with thoughts of what the movie could be. We’re shown a catastrophic match-up between a speedy heavy goods train and a truck (hint: it doesn’t end well for either vehicle), prefaced with a caption informing us about how the government closed part of Area 51 in the 1970s and moved its contents to Ohio.
Cut to the wreckage and… something… is aiming to break its way out of an armoured train truck marked with the US Army logo. And… title!
