If your movie tastes turn towards charming coming-of-age stories, and in this case, a coming-out-of-age tale, then Love, Simon could be the comedy drama you're looking for. See the new trailer, which has just arrived.

Adapted by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger from Becky Albertalli's bestseller Simon Vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda, the film introduces us to 17-year-old Simon Spier (Jurassic World's Nick Robinson), who, like many teenagers, is searching for his place in life. For Simon, things are a tad more complicated as he hasn't told anyone he's gay and he still doesn't know the identity of the anonymous classmate he's fallen for online.

Greg Berlanti – best known these days for his producing work on the DC superhero TV shows – is in the director's chair for the film, which also features Jennifer Garner, Josh Duhamel, Katherine Langford, Colton Haynes and Alexandra Shipp in the cast. It'll be in UK cinemas on 6 April.
