The Belko Experiment

If you think your office can be stifling and your workmates a trifle annoying, spare a thought for the poor souls in The Belko Experiment, which has just put out a new trailer. This is one scary place to work...

The movie is set at a facility of the non-profit Belko company in South America which is mysteriously sealed off at the beginning of a work day, and its employees ordered to either kill each other or be killed themselves thanks to explosive charges in their noggins. This starts an escalation of violence, where we discover the true nature of each and every Belko employee.

Those caught up in the chaos include John C. McGinley's Wendell Dukes, Tony Goldwyn's Barry Norris, new girl Dany Wilkins (Melonie Diaz) and, because it's a James Gunn project, Michael Rooker is present and correct, playing maintenance man Bud Melks.

Gunn is writer and producer here, with Wolf Creek's Greg McLean calling the shots, chops, punches and slashes. The Belko Experiment will be worrying US audiences from 17 March but hasn't yet found a UK release slot.
