Studios are going to lots of different venues to get the word out about their movies – who would've expected to see a Christopher Nolan film in Fortnite? – and Legendary decided to hide a teaser poster for the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie in a virtual event for Call Of Duty's The Haunting of Verdansk event.

Not much is known about the plot for the film, beyond the obvious running, screaming and copious use of a chainsaw. It'll be a "continuation" of Tobe Hooper's iconic horror film, but given the various sequels, reboots and variants, it's hard to know exactly what that means in this day and age.

David Blue Garcia directed from Chris Devlin's script, and Elsie Fisher, Alice Krige, Sarah Yarkin, Mark Burnham and Jacob Latimore are among the cast for this one. You can head to a Texas Chainsaw site for the motion poster and a Call Of Duty calling card. The movie will be roaring on to screens next year.
