Look kids! It’s that rarest of mythical beasts… Some promotional material for **Jonah Hex! All kidding aside, now that we’re diving towards at least the June 18 US release date for the movie (which doesn’t make it over here until September), Warner Bros. really has begun to ramp up the marketing for the film with TV spots, posters and the new trailer, which you can check out below, courtesy of IGN.
This latest promo boasts more of the supernatural elements from the comic, including the fact that Jonah’s own brush with death has left him with some strange abilities, such as conversing with the dead.
And there’s naturally an extra helping of recent Transformers escapee Megan Fox. While a lot of the footage is recycled from the first trailer, we get a little more boom for our buck and some fresh John Malkovich time.
Hex’s big mission – to hunt down and stop Malkovich’s Turnbull is outlined a bit more this time round, but generally the feeling is that if you weren’t sold by the last trailer, this one probably won’t change your mind all that much.
