Back in the days when Kevin Costner could do no wrong and Robert De Niro could do no comedy, they appeared together in Brian De Palma's The Untouchables. In the David Mamet scripted-tale, four Chicago lawmen took on the town's biggest gangster and won. Costner played gangster nemesis Elliot Ness, De Niro played the psychopathic Capone and they had able support from Sean Connery as an "Irish" beat cop, Andy Garcia as a sharp-shooting rookie and Patricia Clarkson as Ness' pregnant wife
