Rebecca De Mornay will be rocking the cradle right off the hinges as the mum from hell in the remake of '80s horror Mother's Day. Starring alongside the Risky Business beauty will be Sin City's Jamie King, X-Men's very own Iceman, Shawn Ashmore, Step Up 2: The Streets' dirty dancing Briana Evigan and True Blood's Deborah Ann Woll.

**Saw II, III **and IV director Darren Lynn Bousman will bring the remake to life, updating the heartwarming tale of a crazed family of villains set on torturing the new owners of their former home, led by their maniacal matriarch De Mornay.

The movie kicks off shooting next week in Winnipeg for release next April, just in time for Mother's Day. Cunning.
