Samantha Morton’s signed up to star in Expired, a pitch black comedy about parking enforcement officers in Los Angeles who find love.
Cecilia Miniucchi will direct the film, which plans to start shooting later this month. Ileana Douglas has also joined the cast of the film, which has attracted attention from the likes Peter Sarsgaard and Teri Garr. They’re circling roles but haven’t signed up yet.
