Though a lot of the Deadpool 3 news has been about the newcomers — your Hugh Jackmans (assuming anyone sees Wolverine as a "newcomer" after the many, many gags at his expense), your Matthew Macfadyens and your Emma Corrins – the old guard is also retuning. Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic will both be back.
Baccarin, of course, plays Vanessa, the true love and fiancee of Wade Wilson/Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), while Kapicic - with the help of some CGI - is X-Men team member Colossus.
The veterans join fellow first-two-filmers Karan Soni (taxi driver Dopinder) and Leslie Uggams (Deadpool roommate Blind Al), who were announced recently.
Deadline's report previously included Brianna Hildebrand – AKA Negasonic Teenage Warhead – though her return is apparently not so set in stone.
Shawn Levy is gearing up to direct the film, which is scheduled to land in cinemas on 8 November next year.
