Just when it looked like Eli Roth's version of Death Wish was turning into an all-baldie project with Bruce Willis starring and Vincent D'Onofrio and Dean Norris joining him, follicular salvation has arrived. Mike Epps will be part of the film.

Roth has taken over the remake of the 1974 thriller, which originally starred Charles Bronson. Willis is grieving father Paul Kersey whose thoughts turn to violent vengeance, with D'Onofrio as his brother and Norris as a cop who investigates the slayings.

Epps has stepped aboard to play Dr. Chris Salgado, a doctor and playboy who happens to be Kersey's best friend. Roth is shooting the film now in Montreal for a planned 2017 release. Once his work on Death Wish is complete, Epps will turn his attention to several other movies, including comedy The Trap, and starring as Richard Pryor in a new biopic of the legendary comedian.
