Having spent most of his career focusing on the things America has been getting wrong (gun control, industry, Presidents), Michael Moore’s new film sees him traveling far and wide to explore the things that other countries are getting right. This new clip from Where To Invade Next shows him looking for lessons from the US banking crisis and finding them in a very surprising place. Click below to find out the where and how.

Like a zealous interrailer armed with a 35mm camera and a US flag, Moore visits Italy, France, Germany, Portugal and one or two other, more surprising corners of the Western hemisphere to learn things about other nations that the good ol’ US-of-a-A could benefit from adopting. Well, stealing.

The Italians, he discovers, get loads of holidays. French school kids get three-course lunches. Norway has a very smart prison system. French school kids get three-course lunches. Watch the trailer to see some of the other stamps that are now adorning the filmmaker’s passport.

Where To Invade Next lands in UK cinemas on June 10, courtesy of Dogwoof.
