Before he can even think about turning up in Austin to shoot Sin City 2, Michael Madsen has to hit the slopes. No, it’s not research – he’s agreed to star in a wintry action thriller called Deep Winter.
He’ll star with Eric Lovely in a film about two best friends who make a pact to be the first skiers to attempt a particularly risky Alaskan peak.
Mickey Hilb is at the helm, and the film has already wrapped the first chunk of shooting in the mountains of Utah. Now the production is off to Alaska for the final leg.
