Yep, it's a slow news day, folks...

There are slow news days. And there are slower news days. And then there are days when you have to post a story about a new Meg Ryan film, because all the other news hasn't so much slowed down, but stopped, turned round and sauntered back in the direction from whence it came. So it's come to this. We'll try to keep it brief. Meg Ryan has signed to star in a new movie called In The Land Of Women, a bittersweet comedy which will mark the directorial debut of Jonathan Kasdan (yet another offshoot of the Lawrence Kasdan family tree). The story will see Adam Brody from The O.C. play a screenwriter who moves to Michigan after a break-up and becomes involved with women neighbours. We're guessing Ryan will play the neighbour. And, erm, that's it. And look at that, we've got a bit of space to fill. So... did you see the game the other night?
