The Deadwood star has just joined the cast of McG’s We Are Marshall, the previously announced film about the real-life impact of a plane crash wiping out almost an entire university football team in 1970.
McShane’s exec is the father of one of the dead players and also serves on the university board. He’ll be challenging the university’s attempt to resurrect the football programme.
