Julian McMahon, whose good looks have successfully been restored by plastic surgeons following that whole metalhead Doctor Doom thing in Fantastic Four and its sequel, has signed up to star in Face In The Crowd, opposite Milla Jovovich.

The story, as you may remember, sees Jovovich witness a murder before falling off a bridge (careless, careless) and awaking to find that she is suffering from "face blindness" (a real condition, believe it or not) making it difficult for her to tell people apart. McMahon will play the detective investigating her case and her love interest (clever - double up and save money on casting!) as she tries to figure out the killer's identity before she's next on the hit list (cue scary music).

Julien Magnat wrote the script and is directing, with shooting due to start next month.
