Here's a duo we're not sure we could've predicted, and certainly not teaming up to make a political drama. Yet Bad Boys stalwart Martin Lawrence and rap royalty Snoop Dogg are on for a new series from Jerry Bruckheimer called Game.

Based on a story from Lawrence, Snoop and Patrick Aison, the show will follow best pals Bobby (Lawrence) and Dice (Snoop), who are running a high stakes game of personal favours and political intrigue in Washington DC.

Bruckheimer's TV company and CBS Studios are developing the show and will be shopping it around to the usual channels and streaming services, looking to find it a home. At one time, this concept might have seemed outlandish, but in today's political climate, especially across the pond, it sounds like just another day in Washington...
