It’s the tale of a handsome, successful lifestyle mogul who is cursed and wakes up – you guessed it already – staggeringly ugly. He has to find his inner beauty to save his company and… eyes… closing… sleep… coming… never seen this before… win over the woman he loves. And probably get hit in the groin a few times as he does.
It’s not actually a Wayans original - it had been in development at DreamWorks before switching to Disney and then falling into the maw of the turnaround beast. Now, with Marlon’s “fresh take”, it’s back in action.
