No, the headline does not mean that the world will be treated to a stand-alone Hulk movie. Instead, Dark Waters finds Mark Ruffalo on crusading based-on-truth form, for a subject matter close to the environmentally minded actor's heart. See the first trailer...

Ruffalo here is Robert Bilott, a lawyer usually found defending chemical companies against lawsuits. He uncovers a dark secret that connects a growing number of unexplained deaths, due to one of the world's largest corporations. In the process, he risks everything – his future, his family (including his wife Sarah, played by Anne Hathaway), and his own life - to expose the truth.

Todd Haynes directs here, and the cast also includes Tim Robbins, Bill Pullman, Bill Camp, Victor Garber, Mare Winningham and William Jackson Harper. Dark Waters will arrive in UK cinemas on 24 January next year.
