Mild mannered actor John Malkovich proved he's no wuss last week when he broke up a fist fight in Madrid. Entertainment site E! Online reports that the actor - on location for his directorial debut The Dancer Upstairs - spied two drivers engrossed in road-rage fuelled fisticuffs, then promptly waded in to break it up. Onlookers cheered the pacifying thesp as he pulled the warring men apart, one of whom assured him "You're my hero". Apparently Malkovich has a history for breaking up rucks and has said in the past that the UK can be a particular challenge as the British "go for the kill". Malkovich is the subject of the forthcoming indie fantasy thriller Being John Malkovich, where actor John Cusack gains entry to his head.
