It might not boast stomping dinos or Tom Cruise putting his life at mortal risk, but the trailer for Mrs Harris Goes To Paris does offer bags of charm and the unflappable acting abilities of Lesley Manville.
The new comedy drama, written and directed by Anthony Fabian, tells the story of a widowed cleaning lady in 1950s London (Manville) who falls madly in love with a couture Dior dress and decides that she must have one of her own.
After she works, starves and gambles to raise the funds to pursue her dream, she embarks on an adventure to Paris which will change not only her own outlook, but the very future of the House of Dior. There's culture clash comedy but also heartwarming inspiration as part of the design here.
With Isabelle Huppert, Jason Isaacs, Lambert Wilson and Alba Baptista also in the cast, Mrs Harris Goes To Paris will be in UK cinemas on 30 September.
