That Blumhouse train just keeps a-rollin', and we can now add yet another project to the extraordinary roster. Just announced is **The Keeping Hours{ =nofollow}, which has signed up Lee Pace (Guardians Of The Galaxy, The Hobbit) and Carrie Coon (Gone Girl) to star.

Karen Moncrieff (The Trial Of Cate McCall) is directing the film, which revolves around a couple dealing with the death of their son in a road accident. Separated for some time, they get a chance at reconciliation as the tenth anniversary of the tragedy approaches. In a new direction for Blumhouse, it's being described as "a supernatural love story".

This year alone Jason Blum's prolific stable has already brought us The Visit, The Gift, Sinister 2, Unfriended, Insidious 3, The Gallows, The Lazarus Effect, the imminent Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension and, slightly incongruously, Whiplash. Next year, along with The Keeping Hours, we can expect Ouija 2, The Purge 3, Unfriended 2, Stephanie and something new from M. Night Shyamalan starring James McAvoy.

The Keeping Hours goes into production in December.
