Lee Pace, who has appeared in Sundance critical darling Soldier’s Girl and episodes of under-watched TV fantasy comedy Wonderfalls, will join the cast of Addicted.
He’s starring alongside Sarah Michelle Gellar in the supernatural thriller with Joel Bergvall and Simon Sandquist sharing directorial duties. Michael Petroni scribbled the screenplay, which loosely adapts the 2002 Korean horror Jungdok. It’s a tale of a woman whose husband and brother-in-law wind up in comas, and finds the brother-in-law waking up claming he’s her husband.
The spooky film will start shooting later this month.
