An all-star British cast has been assembled for a film to commemorate the centenary of author Lewis Carroll in a film adaptation of Alice Through The Looking Glass. A grown up "Alice for the Nineties" will be played by Kate Beckinsale and the film will follow her adventures as she encounters a host of peculiar and unusual character-actors - sorry, characters. The supporting cast includes Ian Holm, Ian Richardson, Steve Coogan, Gary Olsen, Sian Phillips, Geoffrey Palmer and Penelope Wilton. The film is being directed by Nick Vivian and has just started shooting on the Isle of Man.
