Nicole Kidman has enlisted to visit the Sudan for Tony Scott's new film, an adaptation of Deborah Scroggins' novel, Emma's War: Love, Betrayal and Death in the Sudan. Kidman will play the title role of aid-worker Emma McCune in this true story of a young British woman who travels to Eastern Africa in a bid to help ease the suffering of the Sudanese people. Unexpectedly though, she falls in love with and marries a local warlord who is heavily involved in the civil war. Given that McCune was particularly famous for going about her work in a mini-skirt we think it fair to say that Kidman will be a hit in the role. In fact, it's worth noting that a great number of global conflicts could be resolved by sending Kidman overseas in like attire.
