So much for Jonah Hill circling a role in Matt Reeves' The Batman: according to Deadline, the actor is no longer in talks to play any of the villains in the new Bat-film starring Robert Pattinson.

While this could always be Hill's team on a negotiating kick, looking to score a better deal from nervy studio types, the trade site has heard that Warner Bros. is already looking around new possible actors to fill either role (rumoured to be The Riddler or The Penguin) that Hill was considering.

Reeves still has Pattinson aboard alongside Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon and the recently recruited Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman. The Batman, which will kick off shooting early next year in London, is scheduled for release on 25 June, 2021.
