Even given his duties on in-the-works movie musical adaptation Wicked (which just found its lead duo), Jon M. Chu is finding time for another project. He's teaming up with Warner Animation Group and JJ Abrams' Bad Robot company for a new animated film based on Dr. Seuss' Oh! The Places You'll Go!

It's clearly very early days for this one, as it's not set to arrive until 2027. The adaptation of the Seuss tale will be a globetrotting animated musical following a young adventurer as they journey through the joys and heartaches, and the peaks and valleys, of life.

The movie marks the latest production under a 2018 deal between Warner Animation Group and Dr. Seuss Enterprises. With a lot of Seuss titles available, the companies have been developing various projects, including The Cat In The Hat.
