The cameras have been rolling for a while now on Martin Scorsese's new film, Killers Of The Flower Moon, but that isn't stopping the casting announcements. John Lithgow is the latest addition to an already solid ensemble.

In addition to both regular collaborators Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, Scorsese's latest has Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Jason Isbell, Sturgill Simpson, Louis Cancelmi, William Belleu, Tatanka Means, Michael Abbott Jr., Pat Healy and Scott Shepherd in its cast.

Adapted by the director and Eric Roth from David Grann's bestseller, Killers Of The Flower Moon depicts the 1920s serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation in Oklahoma, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.

Apple is backing the film, which will be in cinemas via Paramount, but has yet to lock down a release date.
