John Cusack Finds The Prince

Since Bruce Willis said sayonara to the Expendables and plumped instead to star in indie action drama **The Prince, he’s been waiting to see who will join him in the new film. The various production companies have now announced that John Cusack, Jason Patric, Curtis “Fiddy Cent” Jackson, Jonathan Schaech, Gia Mantegna and South Korean star Rain will all pop along to the pistol party.

In the time between Willis’ announcement and now, there has been one small shift, with Officer Down’s Brian A. Miller filling a director’s chair that was vacated by Sarik Andreasyan.

Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore have written the script, which finds Patric as a retired Las Vegas mob enforcer lured back to Sin City and the waiting weapons of his enemies when his daughter goes missing. Willis, who we thought might be playing the main man, is actually Omar, a wrong ‘un with a grudge to settle who has been waiting for our hero to return.

There is no indication what everyone else will be doing, though we’d hazard a guess at a lot of shouting and shooting. Miller is getting set to start filming next week in Alabama.
