The making of Silence of the Lambs sequel Hannibal is shaping up into a nice juicy saga. Earlier this week news broke that Jodie Foster, who played FBI agent Clarice Starling in 'Lambs, was iffy about reprising the role. Voicing concerns that the character of Clarice becomes 'grisly' in the novel of Hannibal, Foster's comments seemed to indicate that she doesn't want play Starling again.

Not the case apparently, as the actress has issued a statement saying that she's yet to make up her mind - "I have never made any extensive comments about my feeling about the book to anyone. I will make my decision based on a reading of the script which has not been received." Some hope then, for Foster fans, if the project ever does get off the ground.
