Jet Li has brought his martial arts mastery to a new biopic.
Fearless – which just topped the box office charts across Asia – is the story of famed fighting expert Huo Yuanjia, who became the most famous Chinese punch-flinger around the turn of the 20th century. The film was directed by Freddy Vs Jason’s Ronny Yu and - according to Li - marks his retirement from martial arts-focused movies.
Rogue Pictures has bought the film for distribution in the US, but there’s no word on a UK release date or distributor yet.
