As shooting continues on the Jordan Peele-led new version of classic anthology series The Twilight Zone, new casting details are emerging. She's Gotta Have It's DeWanda Wise and Daily Show veteran Jessica Williams are the latest additions.

The pair is aboard for an unknown episode of the new show, alongside Lucinda Dryzek, Jefferson White and Jonathan Whitesell, with the plot a mystery. It's also unclear whether this will be a completely new story or attempt to remake one of the memorable older Zone tales (as with the new versions of Nightmare At 20,000 Feet, which will star Adam Scott).

Peele, who will executive produce, co-write and narrate the episodes in the style of original creator Rod Serling, is overseeing the episodes even as he also finishes work on his latest film, Us. The Twilight Zone is reportedly set to debut later this year on the CBS All Access streaming service best known for the likes of Star Trek: Discovery and The Good Fight.

Wise will next be seen in new rom-com Someone Great, while Williams, last popping up in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald, has a few projects on the way, including a new season of shows adapted from podcast 2 Dope Queens, horror comedy Corporate Animals and Olivia Wilde's directorial debut, Booksmart.
