Zombieland fans get happy: Jesse Eisenberg is reuniting with that movie’s director, Ruben Fleischer for his new action comedy 30 Minutes Or Less.
And now there are some more plot details leaking as, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the story finds a high school history teacher (Parks & Recreation’s Aziz Ansari) and Eisenberg’s pizza delivery drone forced to hold up a bank when one of them is strapped into a bomb vest.
Danny McBride is also already on board, and he’s playing one of the nasty types behind the plot. Eisenberg’s fellow newcomers to the cast include Michael Pena as a tattooed killer and Nick Swardson as McBride’s pal.
Michael Diliberti and Matthew Sullivan penned the script, which Fleischer is gearing up to direct this summer.
Now, if they can maybe get Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin and a load of zombies to make a cameo, then… Maybe we should just keep crossing our fingers that Zombieland 2 actually gets made one day.
