Once known as** Loomis Fargo**, the currently-untitled armoured car heist that has Napoleon Dynamit****e’s Jared Hess set as director is busy rounding up a cast. Jason Sudeikis is just the latest name to jump aboard{ =nofollow}.

With a script by Chris Bowman and Hubbel Palmer – based on an original draft by Emily Spivey written back when Danny McBride and Jody Hill were considering making it – the film is inspired by the true story of four slightly dim types who set their sights on pulling of a lucrative armoured truck robbery.

Shockingly, they actually manage to pull it off, and in the real affair, got away with $20 million from a Loomis Fargo truck. Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wiig and Owen Wilson are already all on for the film, with Sudeikis set to join them as a hit man. Hess should be rolling the cameras next month in North Carolina ready for an August 2015 US release date.

Sudeikis has recently worked on Tumbledown and comedy sequel Horrible Bosses 2. He’s currently working on comedy drama Sleeping With Other People.
