He's worked as an actor and producer, and now Jamie Foxx is adding director to his resume. Foxx is kicking off shooting now on his first film, All-Star Weekend and has Eva Longoria, Jeremy Piven and Jessica Szohr on tap to star alongside him.

Foxx also wrote the script for the film, which follows two tow-truck drivers named Malik (Foxx) and Danny (Piven) who are die-hard basketball fans. Danny's obsession with Golden State Warriors player Steph Curry is even starting to affect his relationship, as his girlfriend Abby (Szohr) is sick of taking second place to his sports fanaticism.

Our main pair think they've struck gold when they win tickets to an All-Star Game, but after meeting the mysterious Asia (Longoria), they're thrown into a life or death situation.

The cameras are rolling now in California and the movie should be out next year.
